Where can I buy a gift card?
The gift card can be purchased at Studio Ticket, Rewell Shopping Center, 2nd floor. Only card payments accepted.
How much money can be loaded onto the gift card?
The amount can be a minimum of 10€ and a maximum of 500€.

The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The validity period cannot be extended, and any remaining balance on an expired gift card cannot be refunded.
What if the gift card balance is not enough?
The gift card can only be used up to its available balance. Any remaining amount must be paid using another payment method (cash, another payment card, or another gift card). Check the balance at www.getmybalance.com.
Where can I use the gift card?
The Shopping Vaasa gift card can be used as a payment method in participating stores. See the list of stores here.
Is the gift card ready to use immediately?
The card is ready to use immediately after purchase.
Checking the gift card balance and validity?
You can check the gift card balance and validity here.
To check the balance and validity, use the 16-digit card number (= Card Number) and the 6-digit security code (= Security Code) found on the back of the card. You can also check the balance and validity using the QR code on the back of the card.
Can the gift card be exchanged for cash?
No. The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash, and no refunds will be issued for any remaining balance once the validity period has expired.
Can I return a product purchased with a gift card?
Yes, according to the store’s regular return policy. The refund for the returned product will be credited back to the gift card (if the card is still available) or to your personal bank card.
Can I purchase more than one product or shop at multiple stores with the gift card?
Yes, the gift card can be used multiple times at any participating store, as long as there is a balance remaining on the card.
