The amount can be a minimum of 10€ and a maximum of 500€.
The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The validity period cannot be extended, and any remaining balance on an expired gift card cannot be refunded.
The gift card can only be used up to its available balance. Any remaining amount must be paid using another payment method (cash, another payment card, or another gift card). Check the balance at www.getmybalance.com.

To check the balance and validity, use the 16-digit card number (= Card Number) and the 6-digit security code (= Security Code) found on the back of the card. You can also check the balance and validity using the QR code on the back of the card.
No. The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash, and no refunds will be issued for any remaining balance once the validity period has expired.
Yes, according to the store’s regular return policy. The refund for the returned product will be credited back to the gift card (if the card is still available) or to your personal bank card.
Yes, the gift card can be used multiple times at any participating store, as long as there is a balance remaining on the card.
