Viktor Olaus Nygård

Viktor Olaus Nygård ( born in 1986) was born and raised in the Swedish city of Härnosand, located 120 kilometres from Vaasa. He studied in the Royal College of Music in Stockholm and the Royal Danish Academy of Music in Copenhagen, and in the Leipzig Conservatory of Music. Nygård is passionate about chamber music and organises three small chamber music festivals in Sweden. Nygård lives in Vaasa with his wife and miniature poodle Siri and studies at Hanken School of Economics alongside his work in the orchestra.
