1st violin
Anna-Leena Merikivi started playing the violin at the age of 6 in Oulu. Important teachers along her journey have been Lara Lev, Anatoly Melnikov, and Zoja Istomina. In addition to Vaasa, Merikivi has played in orchestras in Oulu, Jyväskylä and Kuopio. Today, Merikivi plays the 1st violin in the Vaasa City Orchestra.
