Vasiliki Kappa: Take a trip to the Invisible Cities
A series of paintings that came to life in 1998. Artist Vasiliki Kappa has been working on the same idea for fifteen years. This series was first presented to the public in 2002 at a private exhibition in Athens. It is her most famous work to date. In 2014, the exhibition was on display at the Vaasa City Library during the Vaasa Wildlife Festival, at the Korsnäs Library in January 2015 and at the European Hall in Helsinki in 2017.

Puppet Theatre Pikku Aaasi
“PicNic on islands” is a 23 minutes play, without words and suitable for everyone. The play combines puppet theater, dance, music and body control and it’s performed by Anna Hytönen and Cosimo Galiano. The choreography is created by the Italian artist Laura Kibel in 2016. In her performances, Laura Kibel combines visual theater where the main roles are played by actor’s feet, dressed up as dolls. Feet are humorous when they act which bring plenty of joy to any audience. Visual language (Finnish and Swedish)
