Children’s events

Puddle – Children’s culture weeks

Puddle is a month of events that showcase children’s culture in Vaasa. Puddle presents the city’s cultural offerings for families with children and gives a space for children’s own productions. This is to highlight the importance of children’s culture and the actors of the field. Children have participated in planning Puddle by making wishes for activities, and their suggestions have been considered in Puddle’s program.

During prior Puddle events museums have arranged admission-free days for example. Puddle happens again next October!

Plushie sleepover

The soft buddies of Kuntsi Modern Art Museum, Night Leopard or Jaguar and Museum Stoat, annually invite children’s plushies for a sleepover at the museum during children’s culture week Puddle. After the sleepover children and their plushies can participate in Jaguar’s plushie guided tour.

The date of the plushie sleepover will be announced later before the event.
