Loans

LOANS FROM MUSEUMS’ COLLECTIONS	Prices include VAT at 24%
Loan fee for artwork – For loans involving multiple artworks, fees are negotiated separately.	€150/ artwork
Loan fee for artwork abroad – With collaborating museums, the loan fee is determined based on the loaned collection and reciprocity.	€220/artwork Additionally, any extensive conservation and packaging costs will be invoiced separately, with details provided to the borrower.
Object loan fee – Incl. research, possible conservation, condition report, packing, and packaging materials – Upon receipt of the loan request, the requester will receive an estimate of the required work hours.	€80/loaned object/beginning hour
Traveling exhibition or exhibition production fee	To be negotiated separately.

Archive services

ARCHIVE SERVICES	Prices include VAT at 24%
Usage fee for images for cultural use (non-profit use, including associations, museums, university theses, scientific research, teaching, individual use) – Digital images of artworks and objects from collections – Digital images from the photo archive – Does not include usage royalties based on copyright law	€30/image
