What does the forest photo communicate, Ostrobothnia?
Photography event open to all in connection with the Forests of the North Wind exhibition. Participation is open until 28 February 2025.
Photographic artists Ritva Kovalainen and Sanni Seppo, whose exhibition Forests of the North Wind is on display at the Ostrobothnian Museum from 4 October 2024 to 27 April 2025, invite the public to photograph nature, with a special focus on forests. The two acclaimed and award-winning photographers will attend the final photo review and analyse the photographs sent in by the public. What does a forest photo tell us about the state of the forest, the history of its use, and its diversity? The photos are also analysed from both an aesthetic and artistic perspective.
The event is open to the public and will be held in the auditorium of the Ostrobothnian Museum on Saturday, 15 March 2025.
