The prize draw is organised by the City of Vaasa, Media and Communications Services, PO Box 3 (Vaasanpuistikko 10), 65101 Vaasa

16 August-5 September 2021

Prizes

The main prize in the prize draw will be an iPad. In addition, free tickets to the City of Vaasa’s culture services will be drawn. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.

Prize draw

Prize winners will be drawn on 9 September 2021 from all those who entered the competition by submitting their contact information in connection with the survey. Winners will be notified in person and the prize will be given in agreement with the winner. If, based on the contact information provided by the winner, the winner cannot be contacted within two (2) weeks, any unredeemed prizes will be re-drawn.

Contacting winners

The winners of the draw will be contacted either by e-mail or telephone and an agreement will be made to present the prize to them. Contact information will not be passed on to third parties.

Liability of the prize draw organiser

The City of Vaasa / Media and Communication Services limits its liability to the prizes that are the subject of the draw. The recipients of prizes release the organiser of the prize draw from all liability that may arise or is alleged to have arisen from participating in this prize draw or from redeeming or using the prizes.

Other

The official rules apply to all participants. By participating in this prize draw, entrants agree to abide by these rules and the decisions of the organiser of the prize draw. If for any reason the winner of the prize does not wish to receive the prize, the organiser of the draw has the right to draw a new winner. Any ambiguities regarding the application and interpretation of the rules will be resolved by the organiser of the draw. The organiser of the prize draw reserves the right to make changes in the event of any obstacles. The organiser of the prize draw is not responsible for any misconduct found.
