By the end of the project, Vamia will have an established system of learning support in place, with the aim of clarifying and harmonising the institution’s support measures.
We aim to ensure that students receive the personal support they need in a timely and appropriate manner. During the project, we will review current practices and processes, developing them to meet the needs of both students and personnel from a learning support perspective.
Our aim is to strengthen the capacity of personnel to support students and to ensure that multi-professional support is provided. As a result of the project, Vamia will have a clear learning support system that enables students to be supported at every stage of their learning and equips teachers to provide support. We also aim to improve learning environments to better meet support needs and prevent drop-outs. All this will contribute to the availability of a skilled workforce, the employability of students and the raising of educational and skills levels.
