The project creates customer oriented operational model and processes for service guidance and family centers, including physicals, support for working ability and recognition and evaluation of service demands. To support the services a model for evaluating work and operational abilities will be developed and tested. A multi-professional team will function as a part of a service entity that meets customers needs concerning the support for working ability. As part of the project professionals skills and teamwork will be enforced.
The service path supporting employment will be strengthened and clarified in the social sector. A supported employment coaching service based on quality criteria will be deployed and its implementation, applicability and effectiveness evaluated. Experiences will be collected and evaluated for purposes of decision making, alignment of services and benefits and development of legislation. The project aims at increasing customers involvement for example by having experience experts participating to the development process.
The project will be carried out from 1.1.2021 till 31.12.2021 and is administered by the social and healthcare sector of the city of Vaasa.
