The main goal of the project is to increase the courage to experiment, act self-directedly, develop activities and promote cooperation both within the city and with external networks and partners. The goal is also to create a permanent operating model for continuous improvement. At the same time, the ability to change in constantly changing conditions and well-being at work are promoted.
