ATY – Towards Profession and Employment

The project aims at developing and implementing services that, through guidance, training and by other means,enhance the employment possibilities of the young working-aged who are in a difficult position in regards to workinglife.Through the project, employment is facilitated by strengthening the subjects’ employability.

The employmentpossibilities of unemployed jobseekers is supported by improving their vocational skills, by offering individual guidanceand training services and by developing models for training and motivating as well as developing related studycontents.The project will concentrate particularly on developing and implementing tailor-made training models. Throughout theproject, the project’s clients are called upon to partake in the development work through peer assessment.

A specialemphasis will be on developing and improving the services that already exist, and on how to time these services in the best possible way.
