Participate in creating the Onkilahti Traffic Park

The much-awaited Onkilahti Traffic Park will open in autumn 2024. The aim is to make it Finland’s best traffic park together with businesses and residents in the area.

In the traffic park, people move around either on pedal cars or on foot on a 640-metre-long track. The park will have a roundabout, traffic lights, level crossings, even a petrol station, and a market square. In winter, the park becomes an illuminated skating rink.

Companies, associations, and communities can participate in the construction of the traffic park by contributing to the costs. Depending on the amount involved, the cooperation will be visible in the park either as a house or a pedal car named after the participant or as a name on a plaque and on the park’s website. Residents will be invited to participate in volunteer days later on as the construction work progresses.

Here’s how to participate in creating the Onkilahti Traffic Park

Together with LähiTapiola Pohjanmaa, we challenge companies in the region to participate in the creation of the traffic park! Explore the options and express your interest using the form below.

5000 € (+VAT 25,5 %) – Your own namesake house

12 houses will be built in the park. By participating, you will get a namesake house with your company logo.

2500 € (+VAT 25,5 %) – Your own namesake pedal car

By participating, you will get a namesake car with your company logo.

1000 € (+VAT 25,5 %) – Company name on a plaque

Participate and get a nameplate on the main building of the park.

100-900 € (+VAT 25,5 %) - Name on the park’s website

Participate with any amount of your choice and get your company name on the park’s website.

We will organise volunteer days, which residents can participate in whenever they like. These will be announced separately on this page and by email to those who have joined the mailing list. The events are insured by LähiTapiola.
