Urban Environment Customer Service moves to Citizen Services

The Urban Environment customer service point, currently located at the Technical Office, will move to the Citizens Services info centre at Teräksenkuja 1. The customer service for parking control, berths and allotments will move to the new address starting from 17 September. For other services, the change will take effect on 1 October.
Citizens Services provides information and guidance on the services of the City of Vaasa and other branches of public administration. For parking control, berths and allotments, the service secretary is available from Tuesday to Thursday during the opening hours of the Citizen Services office.
In the future, city planning documents will also be available to the public in the Citizen Services office, where residents can also access the documentation on the planning project websites.
