The City of Vaasa feedback service is now also available in English

The feedback service of the City of Vaasa is now available not only in Finnish and Swedish, but also in English. This will make the service available to more and more residents and support the City of Vaasa's strategy of promoting an internationalised society.
The feedback service at feedback.vaasa.fi has been in use since 2014 and receives around 4,000 feedback entries per year.
The feedback service makes it possible for residents to give feedback on issues such as public transport, streets, green areas, cultural and sports facilities and other city services and activities.
The service also allows you to browse through residents’ previous feedback and the responses they have received.
Constructive feedback helps to improve the city’s services and activities.
