The 2022 assessment report has been published

The 2022 assessment report of the municipal audit committee has been published. The assessment report covers, among other things, the implementation of the city's strategy adopted in 2022 and the new management system based on strategic steering groups. It also assesses the financial basis of the Vaasa City Group and the development of the criteria for the so-called “crisis municipalities”.
The assessment report examines the achievement of the targets set for the city’s divisions or performance areas. This year, for example, the targets set for city planning and the Vaasa Region Waste Board. It also looks at the promotion of broader strategic objectives, such as the wellbeing of citizens or carbon neutrality.
The assessment report is available in accessible formats in Finnish and Swedish on the City of Vaasa website vaasa.fi.
