Summer 2024 exceptional opening hours in the City of Vaasa

The city’s units have slightly different opening hours in the summer. Exceptional opening hours are compiled on this page, which will be updated throughout the summer if necessary.
Urban planning (Kaavoitus) is closed from 08 – 28 July 2024
The Sports Services office is closed from 08 – 26 July 2024
Graphic services (Graafiset palvelut) are closed from 08 – 26 July 2024
Real estate services (Kiinteistötoimen palvelut) at the technical office (Kirkkopuistikko 26) are closed from 08 – 28 July 2024
Building control (Rakennusvalvonta) is closed from 08 – 26 July 2024
The Registry and Central Archive (Vaasanpuistikko 10) are open from 01 – 31 July 2024 from 09:00 – 15:00
Vaasa Swimming Hall is closed from 29 June – 05 August 2024. You can find the Swimming Hall’s summer opening hours here.

Kuula-institutes summer opening hours:
- 03 – 20 June 10:00 – 14:00
- 24 June – 02 August closed
- 05 – 9 August 10:00 – 14:00
Kansalaisinfo (citizen services) and the Welcome Office are open Mon – Thurs 10:00 – 16:00, and Fri 10:00 – 15:00 from June to August.
Citizen services in Vähäkyrö and Post Office service point close
on Thursday 20 June 2024 exceptionally at 16.00.
