Feasta Clubi Night offers a taste of the local music scene
Published: 14.2.2025
Culture House Fanny will host the Feasta Clubi Night on Friday, 14 March, from 19.30 to 23.00. The doors open at 18.30. The event is open to the public and will feature live music from three local bands. Admission is free, and the age limit is 18+.
The first act of the Feasta Clubi Night is Fourteen Thousand Sunsets, or 14TS. The band’s brooding electronic music is filled with longing and sorrow, yet with a glimpse of hope. The music carries echoes of past decades, particularly from the bygone Manchester scene. The band consists of Jenni Niemi (vocals), Heikki Laatikainen (guitars), and Joonas Hernesaho (synths, machines). 14TS is currently working on their debut album, set to be released in 2025.

Next to take the stage at the Feasta Clubi Night is Max on the Rox. A shared love for blues rock created the band, where each musician has the freedom to make decisions, yet the focus remains on collective harmony. The band members, born and based in Vaasa, are always exploring ways to create a great vibe for both the band and the audience, whether on stage or through their albums. For the band, nothing compares to the thrill of performing live to an audience. The lineup consists of lead vocalist Max Bäckman (guitar, vocals), Markku Keho (bass, vocals), and Riku Airaksinen (drums).

The evening concludes with the five-piece rock combo Eld, whose music blends the gritty sound and intense rhythms of 90s grunge. The band’s frontman, Zeta, with his distinctive voice, clever lyrics, and bold stage presence, is Finland’s answer to Iggy Pop. Guitarist Space Jam Joel creates stoner riffs and electrifying solos, while guitarist Jessy Jetpack adds punk-style backing vocals and heavy, fast rhythms with her guitar. Bassist Jupiter Jim Justice is the soul of the band, with his solid and nuanced bass lines. Drummer Fishy Fishy completes the band with his powerful fills and infectious rhythms. Eld aims to tell the truth to humanity through subconscious messages delivered via catchy, gritty, punchy, and energetic rock ‘n’ roll!
