Children’s Christmas at the Ostrobothnian Museum 9 December

The Ostrobothnian Museum will celebrate Children’s Christmas on Saturday 9 December 2023. The whole family is invited to join a forest elf on a guided tour of the museum’s natural history exhibition Terranova! The tours are free of charge and require pre-registration.
Get into the Christmas spirit with Children’s Christmas, an event for the whole family! In this event, Christmassy a forest elf takes children on a tour of the Ostrobothnian Museum’s permanent natural science exhibition Terranova, where nature is preparing for winter.
On the tour, we look for the museum’s ermine and discuss ways to bring Christmas spirit and peace to the forest animals. The tours will take place at 13:00 in Swedish and 14:00 in Finnish.
The tours are free of charge for children under 18. For adults accompanying children, admission is also free.
