Ohjaamo is the right place for any young person with questions, worries, or just a need for someone to talk to. Young people can visit Ohjaamo without an appointment. The service is free-of-charge.
Ohjaamo employs a service advisor who can be contacted via social media, chat, phone call, text message, or email.
Ohjaamo is located at the joint service point of Kela and the City of Vaasa at Tammipiha. From the same location, young people can access services provided by Kela, TE Office, and financial counselling, among others.
