Kultsa has an energetic yet laid-back vibe!
The lively Youth Club Kultsa is located right at the centre of Vaasa, in the old Police Station.
Kultsa is a place for friends to enjoy each other’s company playing games and listening to music. Many ”Kultsa regulars” have been visiting the club since their primary school days.
