Youth Clubs
The City of Vaasa's youth services have seven different youth clubs, offering both guided and self-organised activities. The facilities are intended especially for secondary school children and older, but there are also activities for grades 5–6.
Our youth clubs are located in different parts of the city, offering the opportunity to spend relaxed time with friends. In the youth clubs it is possible to play, for example, various board games, billiards or ping pong. In some youth clubs it is also possible to engage in physical activity.
In the city centre, on the first floor of the old police station, you will find the youth club Kultsa and on the second floor the youth café Kultsa. Huutoniemi is home to Meeting Place Huudi and the popular Vaasa skateboard hall. Youth club Ristikka is located in Ristinummi and Isolahti, next to the school is the youth club Sumppu. Youth club Kyrölä is located in Vähäkyrö.
Our youth clubs are mainly open during young people’s free time, afternoons and evenings. More detailed opening hours can be found on the websites of the different youth clubs. Welcome to spend your free time in our safe premises!
