Winter-activities in the museum village
Stundars museum village will be open during the winter-leave from Monday 24th to Friday 28th of February, between 10 am and 3 pm. We have prepared winter activities for family visitors, such as the sleigh carousel and snow piles to play around in. You can bring your own sleigh or bum sled. At the same time our play areas will be open. We will also keep a fire going at the barbecue spot, so feel free to bring sausage and your own picknick. You can eat either outdoors or in the Animal Barn, depending on the weather.
On Monday the 24th the municipality of Korsholm will give a free sausage to each of the first 50 people to enter the museum village.
On Monday 24th and Thursday 27th, we open the Smith’s Cottage between 11 and 12, for roasting coffee by the fire. The Children’s Carpentry will be open on Tuesday and Wednesday, between 11 and 12.
