Tournament that is open for all. Opportunity to challenge other local gamers. Lots of fun moments and tough battles!
Tekken event organized by Wasa Game Scene and Vaasa Pub Fighters, who are a team of video game enthusiasts centered in Vaasa, Finland. The tournament venue, LittlePub, is located right in the center of Vaasa.
Amateur tournament? What’s this?
To fit in more players, decrease the number of blowout matches and give a nice introduction to tournament play, we will have an amateur tournament as a test. Bottom 16 seeds and newcomers will be placed into their own 4 players pools. Winner of each of the 4 pools progresses to to compete against top 16 seed players in another set of round robin pools.
NOTE:
– The tournament is played on PS5s. Let us know if you are willing to bring your own PS5!
– Bring your own PS5-compatible controller device! We have limited number of controllers to borrow.
– Entering the main tournament costs 5€, which will be used for the pot. Cash only!
– All participants must be at least 18 years old.
– There is a 32 player limit. So remember to register to book your spot.
– It is highly recommended (but not mandatory) to join our Discord (discord.me/vaasapubfighters)

Prizes:
In addition to the pot being given to the top tournament players, there’s also Bandai Namco swag given as prizes and giveaways for participants of the event.
