KALLE LAMPELA JOHANNES HEIKKILÄ

Johannes Heikkilä and Kalle Lampela are visual artists from Rovaniemi. At the core of their work are the basic elements of composition: point, line and plane, as well as different materialities. Heikkilä works on abstracted structures through various material experiments and techniques. He explores the touches of reality, perception and experience by applying the techniques of graphics and painting. Lampela uses playful and random processes in her work. He uses found and recycled materials, graphite and charcoal in his work.
