VILPE

VILPE is a Finnish family-owned company that manufactures ventilation and roofing products. The company is also recognized for smart solutions that detect roof leaks and ventilate building structures as needed. All products are designed and manufactured in Korsholm, Finland. 

Our core values are reliability, openness, courage, innovation, and environmental sustainability. We place a strong focus on sustainability, demonstrated by concrete actions such as replacing the factory’s oil heating with ground source energy and installing solar panels on the factory roof.   

VILPE invests in employee well-being: the entire staff has received extra vacation days, and at best, we’ve even enjoyed a week-long Christmas holiday. A sense of community enhances job satisfaction and is reflected outwardly. As our employees say: “Even coffee tastes better at work than at home.” 

In Finland, VILPE employs around 100 people, most of whom work in Korsholm. The company’s international subsidiaries have about 60 employees. In spring 2025, VILPE’s office in the Helsinki metropolitan area will relocate to new premises in Vantaa.
