Invoicing and payments
Residents may receive invoices from the City of Vaasa, related to plot leases or boat moorings, for example. The service company Mico Botnia handles all of the city’s purchase invoices and also the majority of sales invoices centrally.
If you are unclear about the content of the invoice you have received, please contact the person mentioned on the invoice. For matters related to invoice payments, please e-mail myyntireskontra.vaasa@micobotnia.fi, if you wish to check the payment details, extend the due date, or if you have made an overpayment, for example.
In addition to direct debiting and e-invoicing, invoices issued by the City of Vaasa can be paid at the city’s joint service points.
